The unit is mounted on a frame of profiled metal and steel
sheets. The frame supports drying chamber and two side chambers,
where electric heating rods are installed. A fan, which supplies
air from the chamber to the heaters and than back to the chamber
through opernings in its sides, is located on the back side of
the frame. Upper part of the drying chamber is equipped with two
manufolds and the lower part has a manifold with slide valve.
The frame is thermally insulated to reduce heat losses.
Control panel is mounted on a well next to the cabinet and
allows for easy adjustment of the zeolite drying process.

Suhoway-4
air drying system is designed
for dehydration and solid removal from air,
used for blowing of
power transformer tanks and other electric equipment during

active core is open to outside environment.
The system operaties as two cyclic adsorbers,
filled with synthetic
zeolite for drying and a filter for removal of dust from the air.
The system is a metal container,
divided into two
compartments,
with a muffler on the input
connector and air distribution device on the outflow connector,
with disk gates. The air distributor has a pressure gauge and
condensate drain valve.
Upper part of the container is divided into two sections. One
section contains adsorbers with air heaters. The absorbers are
filled with sysmthetic zeolite and insulated with slagwool. The
adsorbers are connected with an air duct. The other section
contains control cabinet and dry air outflow connector.

OIL PURIFICATION SYSTEM SMM-2,2S
Oil purification system SMM-2.2S is designed to
purify petrochemical fluids (oils, hydrolic fluids, diesel fuel)
from solid contaminants with density higher than that for the
fluid purified, and water. Viscosity of the fluid must not
exceed 300 cSt at 20ºС.
If the viscosity of the fluid is 300 cSt, capacity of the system
will not exceed 0,6
m3/hour.
The system ensures required degree of fluid
purity for manufacturing,
maintenance and repair of
various energy related equipment,
road construction heavy
duty machines,
motors,
manufacturing equipment
etc to improve reliability and extend life time of hydro-oil
assemblies.
The system can operate in two modes. The first
mode is to accumulate solid contaminants and water on centrifuge
hull, (with drain of low-adhesion water and contaminants to
container during pauses in operation).
The second mode is to drain the accumulated water from the
centrifuge continuously. Mode of operation is chosen depending
on the amount of water and solid contaminants in the liquids and

STREAM OIL HEATER PPM SERIES
PPM series stream oil heaters are designed for heating of
transformer oils for filling, replacement or drying of
transformers. They can also be used for mineral, industrial,
turbine and other oils, as well as other liquids which do not
cause corrosion of the contruction materials of these heaters.
The heaters can be used for repair and maintnence of transformers,
at power stations and

The heater consists of a welded frame with two

The UVD-4M system consists of:

The degassing section is an airtight cylindrical

The valve is connected to the vacuum pump via collet fitting,

Injection section is a pneumatic cylinder with
piston diameter of 160 mm. The section will take oil from the
degassing section and inject it into the transformer’s port. The
piston is manually driven by a screw pair. Oil distribution
assembly is fitted into the lower part of the cylinder, which
consists of pipeline, ball valve and vacuum pressure gauge
